I can't say enough about this Frame Rite--warm customer service with professionals who communicate car problems and owner options clearly, warm customer service, and wonderful results. I know I'm raving, but this place and it's owners deserve it. I was very happy with my experience!

The best auto service I ever had !!! The owners provide great and HONEST service. They appreciate their customers and never take advantage. They offer coupons and specials by mail ! This is the only auto shop in Baltimore I recommend.

From the moment I stepped in I was taken care of. Everything that my car needed was explained clearly (and its hard to be clear with my limited knowledge of cars). And a problem with the spring was discovered that had been completely overlooked by the dealer. Once the work was completed we got a follow up call, checking in to make sure everything was still running smoothly AND a thank you card in the mail. Such wonderful customer service and care for my car!

I travel the country as an insurance adjuster putting over 25,000 miles on per year and heard about Frame Rite Auto through Yelp. I have never received such excellent customer service for an oil change and inspection all over the country as I have at Frame Rite. They walked me through step by step of what they did and what may be potential things to keep an eye on in the future. If your traveling through and need an oil change or anything else stop there. I had three bad experiences with mechanics before taking my car to Frame Rite. It did not take them anytime to discover what was wrong with my vehicle and to have it running like new again. I was back on the road the same day that they looked at my car and I have not had any problems since. I will definitely go back to Frame Rite for all of my future repair needs and I recommend their services to anyone in need of auto repairs. I did not mind traveling across town to get to their shop (I live in Windsor Mill) because they were straight forward, they did not try to run my bill up with extra fees/unnecessary repairs, and they got the job done without complications.
