Positive: professionalism, cool waiting room, explanation of services As a woman who is generally hesitant to go to mechanic shops, I was genuinely pleased with the entire process. There was a very quick turnaround from requesting an appointment to being seen. They don't try to sell you on anything at all. They are very direct about costs, work and what they can and can't do. They explain what is going on without making you feel like you can't follow along. I really loved the waiting room also. It looks like a cool vintage auto museum. I actually went to one major shop who also did an inspection and recommended all these additional services. But Framerite looked at my car and explained what I would need in the future. It put me at ease that I didn't need tires right away and still have time to save for them. I was referred by a friend and I will be returning again. Ladies, if you want an automotive shop who don't try to upsell, tell you exactly what is wrong and answers all your questions, then this is the place.

Framerite is owned by a very honest and good man. Bill is w/o a doubt the best auto repair owner I have ever known. His character is impeccable. I stated before, I trust him to repair our vehicles and he believes on he end repair being correct and safe. I highly recommend Framerite. Took my sons car here after it sat for a year due to another mechanic claiming serious engine problems which would cost 2k to fix. Took it here and they found the real problem and fixed for under 400. Very professional and reasonable. They dont try to drum up things to run up a bill. They also did my truck and even did oil change for free; I was told by another my truck had a serious issue which this place ruled out. I dont even think I paid anything. I was blown away; old school ethics and values Will be bringing my wifes truck in soon. She tells everyone about this place.
